Highway99 is an e-zine i’ve been working on since 1994.
v1.0: In 1994, Highway99 was a part of the Net Connect BBS (running on Excalibur BBS software) in BenW’s bedroom in Bellingham, WA. We made cool grafx and amused ourselves.
v2.0: Sometime in 1995 or so Highway99 was moved to the www. It consisted of Nardwuar the Human Serviette’s first web page ever (an Interview with Alice Cooper). It also housed websites for Profile Studios, Photogropher Lincoln Clarkes, Punk band labels Mope Records and Nefer Records.
v3.0: WadeT suggested I check out WordPress. So in Feb 2007, I integrated Wordpress into the picture and posted a blog about a math problem and then wrote this. We’ll see what happens next.
