Nobody Likes Me

I was living in my perfect world
when the car my daddy bought broke down
and the person I loved, could not be found
I guess they figure that she'd drowned.
And nothing's ever been the same.
The good old days, they never came.

I lost my job cause I cried to much.
I broke my leg then lost my crutch.
And now I've got more bills to pay
than that duck farm out in San Jose.

Nobody Likes Me.
In fact they all hate me.
I guess I'll go eat some worms.

And I can feel the darkness fall.
It feels so good to know the day is over.
I feel I haven't done a thing.
I feel like I am dead, but only older.

I lost my job, I lost my girl.
I lost my car, I lost my world.
There's nothing that can replace true love
except maybe sad music and a heavy buzz.
So, I'll sit at home and play Bauhaus.
And drink bacardi till my liver falls out
Or I could start again for another bout
with that game of life I sang about.
